* 2 cups frozen pepper stir-fry vegetables
* 1 (9 ounce) package frozen chopped, cooked chicken breast, thawed
* 1/4 cup bottled sesame salad dressing
* 6 cups fresh baby spinach and/or torn leaf lettuce
DIRECTIONS
1. In a 12-inch skillet prepare frozen stir-fry vegetables according to package directions. Stir in chicken and salad dressing; heat through. Add spinach. Toss mixture in skillet for 30 to 60 seconds or until spinach is just wilted.
