Pizza with Four Cheeses

Ingredients
  • 1 recipe Pizza dough
  • 2 tbsps garlic oil
  • small red onion, sliced thinly
  • 1 oz gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
  • 2 oz provolone cheese
  • 2 oz Fontina Cheese
  • 1 oz parmesan
  • 1 medium tomato, thinly sliced
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1-2tsps fresh marjoram, finely chopped

Instructions
  1. Prepare the Pizza dough and leave to rise in a warm place.
  2. Preheat oven to 500 F and if using a pizza stone warm for 20 minutes.
  3. Shape the dough and place on a Pizza pan. Brush with the garlic oil and top wqith the red onion.
  4. Add the cheeses and then the tomato slices. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake the pizza in the top of the oven for about 8-12 minutes until the cheeses are melted.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with marjoram. Leave for 1-2 minutes before slicing the pizza, then serve cut in thin slices.
