Ingredients
- 1 recipe Pizza dough
- 2 tbsps garlic oil
- small red onion, sliced thinly
- 1 oz gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
- 2 oz provolone cheese
- 2 oz Fontina Cheese
- 1 oz parmesan
- 1 medium tomato, thinly sliced
- salt
- pepper
- 1-2tsps fresh marjoram, finely chopped
- Prepare the Pizza dough and leave to rise in a warm place.
- Preheat oven to 500 F and if using a pizza stone warm for 20 minutes.
- Shape the dough and place on a Pizza pan. Brush with the garlic oil and top wqith the red onion.
- Add the cheeses and then the tomato slices. Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake the pizza in the top of the oven for about 8-12 minutes until the cheeses are melted.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with marjoram. Leave for 1-2 minutes before slicing the pizza, then serve cut in thin slices.
