1/2 cup butter1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 medium egg
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
2 cups flour
Preheat oven to 400 Cream together butter, sugar and vanilla. Add egg. In separate bowl sift together salt, baking powder and flour Add to the butter mixture. Roll and cut Bake 8 - 10 minutes
