Artichoke Toasts

MAKES 34 toasts   ACTIVE TIME: 20 min    TOTAL TIME: 20 min 

1   pkg (4.2 oz) Italian Classics Bruschette Toast
1   pkg (12 oz) Italian Classics Frozen Artichoke Hearts, thawed; any halves quartered (Frozen Foods)
1   cup Wegmans Mayonnaise
1   cup Italian Classics Parmigiano-Reggiano (or Grana Padano), grated

You'll Need: Baking sheet, non-stick foil, zip-closure plastic bag

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

  1. Arrange toast in single layer on foil-lined baking sheet. Top each toast with artichoke piece.
  2. Mix mayo and cheese well; transfer to plastic resealable bag.  Zip bag closed, squeezing out air; snip off one corner. Pipe about 1 Tbsp mayo/cheese mixture over each artichoke by squeezing mixture through snipped hole in bag. 
  3. Bake 4-7 min, until golden brown, watching carefully.
